CR & FC win Inter-Club Rugby League title.

CR & FC defeated Kandy Sports Club
23-21 to win the 2025/26 Inter-Club Rugby League title at Longdon Place on 21
February.
The championship was decided in the
final minute when Murshid Dooray converted a penalty for CR.
Kandy led 21-20 late in the match
despite playing with 14 men after a red card to Dinal Ekanayake.
CR finished top of the league table at
the end of the Super Round.
In the Plate final, Sri Lanka Air Force Sports Club beat Sri Lanka Police Sports Club 24-12.
